About the Sports Programme

The B Young Stars Sports Programme is designed to help young people stay active while building confidence, teamwork, and resilience. We provide a welcoming space where children and young people can take part in structured sports sessions led by supportive mentors and coaches.

Our activities focus on participation, enjoyment, and personal development. Through regular sports sessions, young people learn important life skills while improving their physical wellbeing and forming positive friendships.
